Late morning with the boys.
Coffee and novels.
A trip to the park with the kiddo.
A sunny drive with Joplin on the stereo.
An hour on the deck, wrapped up against the wind.
Long, hot showers.
Southern Harvest red wine.
Steaks, quinoa, asparagus, and garlic-roasted bread.
And later . . . more coffee and novels, I think.
A pretty perfect day all around.
