    1. It's from this store here in Dk called Tiger. He's had it for over a year and now it's starting to wear at the seams ... but they don't have them anymore :(

  4. cute. so cute.
and i love your hair. if only i had the patience for long hair like i used to.....before i discovered the joys of experiencing short hair in the summertime. ;)
(btw, i am SO chopping my hair back to pixie cut after the wedding. i've decided it. southern illinois summers are humid and i shall hate my hair being long in that humidity. heh. i'm so excited to have it short and sassy again!)

    1. I so do not blame you (I spent one summer week in Illinois and have never wanted to go back because it was so hot)- and anyway, you look hot with the pixie cut! Short and sassy suits you. (On the flip side, I've always wanted to try it out for myself but am far too chicken.)

  9. “...my irrational fear that they will forget what we look like.” - I'm with you on this. In our world where change is constant, I'm really thankful that photographs and camera were invented. Because of these inventions, we're able to capture and print all the memories and let us remember all the great things we had in our life before. I think this is the best souvenir we could get for our life experience. __ Isabelle @ JaylynnStudios.com

  10. Great photos. I think it's important to have photos to remember what people look like and at certain times periods too. We do forget. We grow so fast. I often look at my great grand parents photos thinking about what it would be like to hang out with them in there youth. What it would be like to have been old enough to have a deep conversation with them. So many of my family members hate being photographed. I wish they would realize that it's not about them and people aren't judging them. It's about family and the future generations to come knowing and wondering about where they came from.
