Pre-Summer Update

Editor's note: Updated the previous title (Summer So-Far). Because my dad is a teacher, I have always thought of Summer as beginning his first day off work. Usually late May, early June. Apparently this still confuses me sometimes.

What better way to end a brief blogging hiatus than with a little update?

In a nutshell:

Went away to the States for my sister's wedding (followed by a two-week jetlag-and-homesick funk), started planning a trip to Berlin and Prague, and booked October tickets for The Return to the Americas! Work, short story scribbling, new Etsy listings, Pimsleur Spanish program (what better time to start taking Spanish, AGAIN, than while living in Denmark? Nothing comes to mind). Also I have begun a collection of amusing observations I will title The Next-Door Neighbors, a Field Study.

Yes I am feeling scatter-brained today.
No I did not forget to have coffee this morning.

Last but not least, some promised photos of my sister's wedding (by RaeBeam Photography):

Best boho wedding ever, hands down, at a tree plantation in the beautiful Northeast Georgia mountains. Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Joseph.

The siblings and myself : Lydia, Steph, me, Sarah, Josh, Matt, Noah, Peter, Luke.
No idea what's happening in this photo, but I sure have missed being home with them.

If it speaks to your heart, allow space for that.  - Mooji
