My favorite season is summer, but my favorite holiday is Christmas. This is mostly because everyone comes home.
Also because of our Christmas record collection. I love them.
Our Christmas day goes something like this : big breakfast, loud gift exchange, board games, around-the-world ping pong, a photo-op for which we do something stupid, the creation of incredibly tall and headless snowmen, dinner at grandpa's house, and, if we are not iced into the half-mile trail that is my parent's driveway, a midnight movie in theaters.
Got any family traditions you'd like to share?

You always put together the prettiest collages!
ReplyDeletenope, no other traditions that are much different from yours. i swear, we would have fun in real life!
ReplyDeletei love the collage too. your pics always flow so well and are great.
Maybe we'll meet someday - at the very least, at my coffeehouse I'm going to open at some point in my life. ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteother than going to my dad's parents and hanging out with that side of the family on Christmas Eve, my family doesn't really have any traditions. :\ sigh.
ReplyDeletejustin and i plan on starting some of our own traditions...i'm super excited for it! :) :) :)
I think that's a beautiful thing to do when first beginning a family ... making up your very own traditions! And may coffee be involved. ;)
ReplyDeletehmm...yeah, that's definitely something i've considered: having coffee involved. ;) hah!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good plan, always.
