Eat More Vegetables And Such

Towards the end of the each year I think,
"That's it, I'm going to play next year by ear."
And then New Years rolls around ...
And I disappoint myself by making yet another resolution list.

Source

In regards to that notorious list, I find these quotes inspiring:

Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.
- ARTHUR ASHE -

Ever tried, ever failed, no matter.  Try again, fail again.  Fail better.
- SAMUEL BECKETT -

Remember, happiness is a way of travel - not a destination.
- ROY GOODMAN -

So.
MY LIST
Short and Simple
(A Work in Progress):

1) Get closer to God
2) Spend as much time as possible with my family
3) Keep working online
4) Travel, travel, travel!
5) Mail children's book to literary agencies
6) Finish editing recent manuscript
7) Write a series of short stories
8) Put art online for sale (etsy, maybe?)
9) Look into adoption possibilities
10) Learn to play tennis (on the list, yet again)
11) Blog every other day or so.
12) Try. To. Learn. Some. Danish.
(Is it a real resolution if it is preceded by the word try?)
13) Have fun.

So.  There it is.  We'll see what happens.

HAPPY 2012, LOVELIES!
(pre-wishes ... almost there)
Cheers.
